Do I need an account to browse providers?
You can browse providers and view their profiles without an account. To book an appointment you will need to create a free account.
How do I book an appointment?
Find a local service, browse the provider's available times, and choose a time that works. You will be prompted to sign in or register before confirming the appointment.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — go to your Appointments page and cancel before the provider's deadline. To reschedule, cancel and book a new slot, or contact the provider directly.
How does 'Near Me' work?
Clicking Near Me on the home page asks your browser for your location (you can decline). If you allow it, providers are re-sorted by distance from you.
Can one account book for multiple family members?
Yes. From your Profile page you can add family members with their own details (name, birth date, contact info, location). When booking you choose which family member the appointment is for.
How do I list my business?
Visit the List Your Business page and choose Start taking bookings. We will guide you through setting up your profile, services, and availability.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Your information is stored securely and only shared with the providers you book with.
